Every time I try to move my fit bit account to my google account, it states that the account is already for another account. When my husband died 2 yrs ago I started using his Iphone (now I have new Iphone) and his fitbit.  I can't use his login as I don't know what it was for google or fit bit.  HOW do I get it to let me move to my google account now? I need help please.

Hi, @ckolari , do you have your own Fitbit account with your own email address, or have you been uploading your data to your husband’s old Fitbit account?  It sounds like the Fitbit is still connected to your husband’s account.  If you can help with some more details I am sure that someone will be able to work out what is going on.

Hi @ckolari and welcome to the forums.

I appreciate your message regarding this issue.

Julia_G's question is crucial, as it's important to keep in mind that the exercise and health data the app uses is based on the user's age, gender, height, and weight. How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?

Therefore, if you're using the previous account, the data will be inaccurate.

In that case, if you don't have your own account, I recommend creating one and configuring your device according to the following help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
