iOS and tracker crashing

Sorry to say this issue isn´t solved

I quit all apps running in my iPhone 6 ( latest operative update ) I also started Battery doctor to clean the ram memory. Used memory then 30%. Then closed that app. The only app then running wås fitbit and the tracker. It functioned for 3,6 kilometres. Noticed the crash after 4...

I find this truly remarkable and deeply unsatisfying. For example: endomondo functions without problems even in deep forest, no problems with this app on android 6.01 or windows 8.1.

I am now pondering to return the band ( I do like it ) but this application have to function in iOS!..

So please .. are there more suggestions out there?

And Have a great evening

Hi There Meylin! Thanks for your concern!. I think I have the latest
version of the app on my iPhone 6 as the latest operative... I now- on your
suggestion reinstalled the app.
You know, I have this iPhon, a galaxy 6+ and a lumia 930 running windows
10. The two latest ones are running smoothly even with overhanging branches
but with the iPhone I have to walk in open land or.. relatively. Lot´s of
forestry in Sweden.
But I will test it again this morning and also following the steps by the
other member.
Anyway: very nice application, I like the band And I am continuing walking
8 - 10 kilometers every day exclusive the ordinary trotting you do in
ordinary life. Since the 11:th of march I lost 3 kilograms not bad!
So if the problem persists I think the GPS problem is outside the app.. it
is an phone problem. But I will as the saying goes.. come back

Have a great day!
