iOS app cannot find my Flex and will not sync

The Fitbit app on my iPhone 6 continually says "searching" and never syncs with my Flex.  I have tried the reset, but that only will work for about a day and then the searching thing happens all over again.  I have also tried readding the Flex but when it searches for the Flex it never finds it.

 

Please advise since I dont want to constantly hook the Flex up to my PC and reset it!

Welcome to the Forums @sandra1229. I appreciate the efforts you put in trying this syncing inconvenience. If your Flex is not syncing with your iPhone, I recommend following the Syncing Troubleshoot and if this procedure doesn't work, feel free to contact our Support Team.
