iOS app is different on my friends phone then it is on mine

My app on my phone is in list form and on my friends phone it is in a tile form like on the computer how do I get mine like that?

Also, please go to this thread where you can learn more about a new app design Fitbit is trying out, maybe this is why you're seeing your Dashboard different.
