Installed the app on my iPhone. Open the app. When I tapped Log in, it wanted my password. I don't have one, since I've been logging in via facebook. That option isn't available. Asked it to reset my password twice, but received no email. Went to the web version. I had logged in there before with facebook and was still logged in. Attempted to change my password, but it wanted my old password which I never set up. Help!

@lfstevens If you used the Facebook login to create your Fitbit account on Fitbit.com, you should be able to log into the Fitbit App using the same email address and password as your Facebook account.
If you are still having trouble with logging into the iOS App, I'd recommend using our password recovery tool and double checking to see if the password reset emails were caught by your spam filter.
