Running iOS version 16.6.1 and Fitbit App version 3.9 on an iPhone 14 Pro
I have seen this problem in the Android forum with no answer. Whenever I try to scan a barcode, the scanner says "still looking" and never finds anything. This is for major brand products, and on everything I try. Please assist.
