I downloaded iOS version 4.04 this morning. Here are some of my observations one the battery charges now available in the area of app/devices. It appears to be refreshing better, but it has not been long enough for me to know for sure. Active minutes are still referred to as moderate vigorous and peak yet in heart rate and zone and exercise zones. It is referred to as fat burn cardio and peak. I am blind, and rely on my screen reader to get information, and I have noted that when I have reached my goal  The following is read, Google underline symbol/Fitbit small check underline, check or something similar to that is read prior to the total and this is totally frustrating. In my account section of the screen, upper right hand corner when I click on help and then on charge five for him, I am still denied direct access to the charge forum . When I go to exit that screen, the close button for one of the screens is in the upper right hand corner, and not in the upper left as in all of the other screens. The promised return of step streak information retroactive to when the step streak actually started promised earlier  Has not yet appeared. This is just a quick review on my part I am blind and have never seen the screen on my iPhone so I cannot comment on the graphics. I still need to go to zone minutes to find out the heart rate zones so that I can make sure that while I  Exercise I exercise hard enough so that I reached the proper heart rate. Heart rate used to let me know whether I was in Fatb, cardio or peak. It has not done that in a long time now. I am using an iPhone SE third generation, and have 5G connection.  I am running apples. iOS version 17.1.1. And Fitbits iOS version 4.04. I hope you will be able to understand my ramblings because I have dictated this on my iPhone and look forward to hearing feedback from other users.

The screen on my iPhone did not refresh as it had earlier today. I clicked on the synchronized button and it failed to refresh. I did a three finger pull to refresh three, four or more times, and then it refreshed. I cannot honestly say that the refresh rate of the screens has improved, and my earlier expression of optimism appears to have been misplaced.

Fitbit has announced that version 4.04 is now available to all Fitbit users. On October 13 I was able to download version 4.04. Based on prior observations, it would suggest that an updated version of the iOS Fitbit application is ready to be rolled out and will probably be made available within the next few days. We can only hope that changes made in the upcoming release will do no harm. I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings. I am using an iPhone SE third generation running 17.1.1 and Fitbits  iOS version 404.

After installing version 4.04, I noticed that the app no longer displays the heart rate chart when I open the details of an activity (for instance, a running session). Was this intentionally removed or is it a bug? Has anyone had the same issue?
