How do I find out the version of the iOS app I am running?

Tap your user icon at the top left of the Today screen.

 

On the Account page scroll down and tap "Help"

 

Your iOS release is at the top - mine says "FitBit 3.30 (990)". Don't worry about the "(990)" - that is an internal "Build" number.
