iPad app got stuck on one screen with no chance of closing it.

Hi, I've been using Fitbits for years and never had this problem .  While going over my challenges I accidentally hit on the instructions page.  My version seems to have no x or arrows that will return me to any other page. Please help!  Thank you

If for any reason the app freeze in your iPad or any other device, please force-close it by double tapping the home button on your device and swiping up the app. Then, open it again, you will be redirected to the app Dashboard. 

 

If the app gets frozen or stuck again, please take a screenshot of where the app got frozen so I can check this further.
