Ever since the update I can no longer invite friends to any challenges. I can click on the challenge but cannot add friends.
Fitbit and phone are up to date

Hello again @jenalt
Welcome back. I apologize that I didn’t fully understand your question. Now I fully understand...I apologize. I do know that Fitbit is aware of issues with the challenges counting challenges that are complete as part of your active 10 challenge limit. I do know of a workaround that you can use to create challenges but it only works for individuals using an iOS device to view their Fitbit app. Here is the workaround if you indeed have an iOS device. (I have no workaround or tip if your using android)
Heres how:
To Create a Challenge Do This:
1. Go to your profile on your Fitbit App
2. Select Badges and Trophies under your profile
3. Select “Trophy Collection”
4. Decide what challenge you want to start and simply press “Start Challenge”
😃Please let me know if this gives you the best answer to your issue

Hello @jenalt
Welcome to the community! I understand your having trouble adding friends to any challenges. This exact thing happened to me for the very first time yesterday. I noticed when I selected invite friends absolutely no one was there. I did notice an area that said “show inactive friends” so I tapped that and then bingo there was my Fitbit friends (labeled incorrectly as inactive) but they were there. After creating that one challenge I decided to log out of my Fitbit App, forced shut the app, restart device then log back in. I haven’t experience the issue again since. Maybe trying to log out then back in might work for you. It worked for me.
😃 I hope I was able to provide you with an answer to your challenge issue. Please let me know
