iPhone 15 Bluetooth disconnected from Charge 5 - how to reconnect?

Forgot my iPhone 15 Pro Max at my friend's two nights ago, picked it up yesterday morning.  Phone's Bluetooth had disconnected from my Charge 5.  Can't get it to reconnect. Help!  Ideas?
