when I am away from home my I phone 7 will not change to 3or 4g it stays on internet and obviously cannot connect so not getting watsaps, emails etc whilst out.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi, @Deana2 , welcome to the community, you describe a phone issue rather than Fitbit charge 4 problems. I suggest you log into the help forum of your phone manufacturer and seek their advice.

@Deana2   I apologize if I am misreading your post.  The topic was changed by a moderator.  The way I read it, this is not an iPhone problem, either.  This is a cell service problem.  This won't change until your locality improves its cell service.
