iPhone XS cannot find my Fitbit blaze through bluetooth

Hi,

 

I’ve just got a new phone (iPhone XS iOS 12.3) but it will not find by blaze on Bluetooth. I have set up the phone as a new device on the Fitbit app (2.93) and its appeared to sync but it isn’t coming up in my device list in my Bluetooth, any help will be appreciated

Thanks for sharing those details on the situation and that you have tried setting it up through the app. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

Regularly the Fitbit devices will not show up on the Bluetooth devices list unless notifications have been set up. Having said that, the Fitbit should still sync with the Fitbit app without having to show up on the phone's Bluetooth.
