iPhone and charge 2

My phone and my charge 2 are not syncing.  I have removed the device from my phones Bluetooth settings.  I have turned the phone off.  Both devices are up to date.

Having tried restarting your phone without any luck, try restarting your fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
