iPhone can't find tracker anymore (after several failed attempts of syncing / re-installing app)

Hi there, 

 

For several days I've been having issues with getting my tracker (charge 2) to sync to my iPhone. It started after a system update for my phone. I've tried literally all the steps on this forum (restarting app, restarting tracker, blue tooth off/on, removing the device from bluetooth memory, re-installing the app etc...). But nothing. Now I'm trying to connect my device again. It's charged and there are no other trackers but my phone cannot find it anymore. 

 

I hope someone here can help me, because I feel like I'm out of options! Many thanks in advance! Generally really happy with fitbit by the way, I never had such persistent problems before... I'm reading quite a lot of people have issues now and hope the app will be fixed soon.

No advice, just wanted to say I’m having same issue with my charge 3
