iPhone does not ring first time

When someone calls my iPhone when I have my Fitbit Alta hr on they said it goes directly to voice mail. My Fitbit does not notify me  but there is a missed call on my phone, need to call 2nd time then it rings. I have tested this several times . When I don't have my Fitbit on my phone will ring. My husband is very annoyed by this. Does anyone know why

This seems very odd, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you tried to restart your Alta HR and your phone? If so, I would like to suggest you to reset Notifications in your tracker by following these steps:

1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
2. Restart your phone.
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Alta HR > Notifications and enable them once again. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
