I just changed my wristband and it says it's syncing but it doesn't show anything on my iPhone

Welcome to the Community Forums @Mary47! This sound odd. To make sure that your app is behaving as expected, please log out from the app and reboot your phone. Once your phone is up, log back in.
Also, make sure that you are using the correct email account. Usually is the email you used to register with the Community forums.
Also, just wanted you to know that I've gone ahead and moved your recent topic "iPhone not showing information" to the iOS App board in an effort to tidy up the Forums. Also, this post may be helpful to other users with the same inquiry as you.
