I have tracked over 7,000 steps today on my iPhone (Fitbit was not used). They are synced but the steps will not show in the Fitbit app. Have tried resetting, switching Bluetooth off etc. no

Welcome to the forums, @CJS92.

Thanks for sharing this with me, as well as the steps that you've tried on your own. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Because your iPhone was used to track your steps, do you mean that MobileTrack was set up? MobileTrack is a function available on the Fitbit app that allows you to track basic stats using your phone sensors. While you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following to make sure this function was added correctly:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner.
  3. Under Connected to Fitbit you should see Phone. If so, tap on it and then on Sync Now.
  4. If you don't see it, tap Add More Devices, select Phone and follow the on-screen instructions.
