language on my fit bit changed to italian

hi,

 

i just changed from an android (never had problems) to an iphone 8 and all of a sudden the language on my fit bit changed to italian... my dashboard is in english, also on my account online... i set the country to my country (cook islands) and turned automatic detect off... then i synced my fitbit but still it doesn't have english as language...

 

can you please help me to solve this problem?

@machinecooks it's good to have new members in the Community! Smiley Happy That definitely sounds odd as Italian isn't spoken in the Cook Islands (beautiful country, btw Heart); please note that changing the language on your iPhone 8 changes the language in the Fitbit app. Please make sure that your iOS App is running its latest version to ensure maximum functionality. You can check that from your AppStore in your iPhone 8.

 

If your app has been updated to its latest version then I suggest logging out from your app and then logging back in again to refresh all the info. This should do the trick!
