my default exercises aren’t showing on my Fitbit

I’ve updated my default exercises in the app, but on the Fitbit itself it’s showing the full list of 40 options. I’ve tried resetting my phone, resetting my Fitbit, I’ve synced both multiple times to no avail. Anyone have any tips this is only been an issue in the last couple days after I updated.

Hello @JoeleneC and welcome to the Community.  You don't say what model you are using, but it sounds like you got a device firmware update that put all the exercise shortcuts on the device.  Fitbit didn't update your device app to reflect this change.  It did the same thing on my Luxe.  Please ignore the shortcut preferences on the app.  As you use your Fitbit, that exercise shortcut list will separate itself into your Recents, then everything else.

Hi there thanks for your response! I have the Fitbit Inspire 3. Just so I know I’m understanding correctly from your message is that my device will update my preferences based on what exercises I select most frequently on my device vs what I set up as my defaults in the app?

@JoeleneC   Yes.  It will be a little annoying to scroll through the list, but your shortcuts will move to the top as you use them.
