Welcome to the Fitbit Community @lelknits! I hope you're doing great!

It's great to hear that you got the new Alta Robot wink let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row you can find the instructions listed on this post. If you're going to use your mobile device reboot it, log out from the app and log back in order to make sure that your mobile network is working properly.

Hope it helps!

Well @lelknits had better results than me.  I had to return my Alta because the charger broke in two so I had to return it.  I removed that device from my phone and I have been trying to install the new Alta for over an hour and 1/2 now and it still just circles and says loading.  I've shut out of my fitbit app.  reset the fitbit about a dozen times and NOTHING is working.  This is crazy!!  What gives??
