new software

Is anybody out there as mad as me that the new software doesn't have a large display on iphone app which used to be available? I sure can't workout any more checking heart rate with phone more than a foot from eyes. I used to set phone on exercise equipment and glance at current heart beat (I physically can't turn forearm to light up fitbit screen). How do I get this through to company? Is there anybody out there with same problem?

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Fitbit app. Just to clarify, what do you mean to set phone on exercise equipment and glance at current heart beat? Do you refer to the landscape mode while seeing your heart rate graph? If possible, please take a screenshot of what is displayed on the Fitbit app and provide me with detailed information about what you'd like to see. I was on the phone for and hour. Your program has changed and no longer displays heart rate in large type. Bad upgrade. One the biggest reason I bought this instead of Apple watch.
