Hello,
I updated the app, but now when I try to make a challenge or view most things it redirects me to a different app not linked to Fitbit in anyway.
it’s really annoying not being able to check in with the challenges I’m in. My fitbit is syncing to the challenges because when I click on a challenge notification it goes directly to the challenges.
any ideas of how to fix it?

May I ask if you use the Android, Widows or iOS app? Is this app on a computer or phone @Curds
Currently we are in the Charge 2 hardware support.

I use IOS and it's on a phone. If I delete the app my fitbit app works, but
I need the app so I need a different solution.

If you delete what app that makes the Fitbit app work? This might be something to bring to the developers attention if a third party app interferes with the Fitbit app.
I've also moved your iOS issue out of the unrelated Charge 3 hardware support.

I have a smart scale and the redirect is to the app that tracks my weight.
I've had both the fitbit app and the smart scale app for months now and
they both worked perfectly until the Fitbit upgrade. The moment I upgraded
the fitbit app the redirect started to happen.
So, I feel the problem lies with the fitbit app and not the smart scale app
as the problem occurred when I changed to the new interface. If there's a
way to go back to the old fitbit interface that would be great.

app I have on my phone.
When it happened I deleted the fitbit app in hopes that would help, but it
didn't work. I want to keep both apps on my phone, but the only way to get
the fitbit app to work is to delete the weight tracking app.

I’m highly annoyed that fitbit isn’t doing anything about it because it’s only affecting a small amount of users.
I’ve been deleting and reinstalling the app as needed.
