Started guided program for run training a couple weeks ago (may only be available for Premium?).
Yesterday I went into app to check progress, and was given option to advance to week 3, which I did.
Now when trying to tap the run training (guided program) section of the FitBit app, it tries to open as I see the little gear wheel spinning, but then goes right back to the main dashboard. Has been happening since yesterday, and have tried over and over again.
I've force stopped the app, restarted my iphone, deleted the app, rebooted the fitbit device, gone to the dashboard via the web page...no success in getting it to work.
Also tried replacing it with another guided program, which was unsuccessful.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the "Beginner running" program won't open. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to assist you. I would like to advise that this issue has been reported to our team and they are already investigating it and looking for a resolution. Your patience and understanding while this is resolved is appreciated. I recommend to keep the app up-to-date as the updates come with new features and bug fixes.
