When i click on the account icon to set up wifi, I do not see the option. Please advise

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that in order to set up WiFi on your Versa or Ionic you need to tap on Account > Versa / Ionic > WiFi Settings

 

Now, when it comes to the message you're seeing, would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of the message? This will be very helpful for us to check this further.

I dont either..I 

 Have tried everything possible there isn't even a Wi-Fi option....help! So fustrating
