"Hang tight, we're cleaning things up" message

Hi, I updated the app for my Charge 3 and now when I try to open it it just says Hang tight, we're cleaning things up and stays like that. Goes to about a 10th of the way along the update bar and then stops. Still at the same place after an hour.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS App board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this.

 

Regarding the message you are seeing, can you please provide me with a screenshot of it? Also, what are you doing at the moment of receiving this error?
