Hi everyone, can someone please help me?
Whilst I was moving my icons around last night somehow I made my Fitbit icon disappear from my screen. I just cannot find it anywhere. It is still following my tracking and I can "open" the app in the my download section of the App Store but I cannot work out how to restore the app to my screen.
I hope this all makes sense and someone can help me as its droning me crazy. I only bought my Fitbit alta yesterday and already I have messed up 😞
Would love any suggestions anyone

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @AnnieG747 Smiley Very Happy! So I can better assist you, please send me some screen shot when going to the App Store and opening the Fitbit from there. 

 

Also, go to your setting and make sure that your Fitbit app is listed there (it would be at the bottom of the page, you'll see all the apps you have installed).

The Fitbit icon is missing from my iPhone 7plus and the only way I get can get into my account is through the iTunes store.  My info is there but the icon is missing.  I already tried logging out and back in but the icon never appeared.  Help, pls 🙂
