Hi everyone, I realise this is a very silly question but it won't stop bothering me - I got a fitbit for Christmas, and set it up then, however I didn't start using it until today. When I set up, there was a little bar under the main goal tracking that said something along the lines of "let us help you set some goals" that I meant to use once I got around to using my tracker, but it's disappeared now - essentially all I wanted to ask is what does this function actually do? Does it help you figure out the best values for your steps/calories/acitivty etc goals or is there something else that it does?
Thanks!

Hello @hattalove, have a warm welcome to the Community!, thanks for joining us.
After the setup, after seeing the bar, were you prompted to fill information such as age, gender, height and weight? This is a bar that appears when registering an account for the first time and the app asks information to measure your BMR. This information is used to calculate the calories burned more accurately.
If you were asked to fill how many calories you wanted to burn per day, the distance and steps you'd like to achieve and the active minutes you'd like to perform daily, you can change these setting by going to Account > Activity on the Fitbit app. Here you can change the following goals:
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, keep me posted!
