Hello @Vesmar and welcome!, it's great to see new faces around. Smiley Happy

Have you tried restarting your Charge HR lately? If so, I would like to suggest opening the Fitbit app, then going to Account > Advance Settings and check if the Time Zone is set to Set Automatically. If it is, disable it and go back, then return and enable it. After the next sync the time should correct itself.

Additionally, once you have restarted your tracker, let's try performing an accuracy test to check if it starts tracking your floors correctly:

  1. Find a location where you have 2 flights of stairs in a row. Each flight of stairs should be at least 10 feet tall.
  2. Place your tracker on your belt/waistband and check the number of floors before you begin to walk.
  3. Walk up the 2 flights in a row, trying not to stop at any point.
  4. Once you reach the top of both flights of stairs, stop to look at the number counted.

If your tracker does not count the floors, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

I hope this can be helpful, keep me posted in case you need anything else!
