I have been unable to start a fitbit challenge for 2 months. I have over 1,000 active friends and a few hundred that are inactive. When I try to add friends to a challenge my friends list never loads. I am using iOS. I opened a case with support, but they keep telling me that its been sent over to support. Do I need to start removing friends to fix the issue?
