i ran 10k, the total says 10k but only 9k are showing on the split breakdown and the 9th isnt a full KM either
why?

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit charge 4 by following these instructions.

Setting up your Tracker as a replacement Tracker is a procedure that we recommend to reestablish the connection between your Charge 4 and your phone. This procedure is the same as setting up your Tracker for the first time. The data synced to your Fitbit account won't be affected.
