I have a fitbit ionic and the no of miles is not being calculated properly.
Eg I have walked over 16,000 steps but it calculates that to 2.5 miles.
I am not able to set the strides to 0. Is there any other way to accurately calculate the miles
Thanks,

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sriram-V.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and if you've set up your own stride length, I recommend confirming if it is correct. The average person's walking step length is 2.5 feet (30 inches) and you can confirm the steps to calculate it in Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
I was able to see that you have already contacted our Support team regarding this. Thank you for your time and efforts.
Hope this helps!
