Inspire 2 screen stuck on "go to tile app on your phone for setup" message

The message says "go to tile app on your phone for setup"

What the heck is a tile app, and why is my fitbit stuck on that?  It won't show any other screen, I can't scroll or do anything else.  Won't even show time.

HI there, @BrianandBelinda. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

As per the message on the Fitbit device's screen, it seems that your Inspire 2 is asking you to pair it properly. With that being said, I'd suggest doing the following:

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Inspire 2 as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.
