What a disaster Google has made of my Fitbit app. Total disaster, cramming a “less than it was” app down our throats. I am done. Sleep scoring algorithm is so hinky I can’t trust it anymore. Bought two new fitness trackers this morning and will be saying sayonara…for good! I am beginning to realize that Google destroys everything it touches.

Update it a total downgrade. Terrible. Now not fit for use. Please fitbit stop with your bright ideas and roll it back to how it was the fitbit that everyone loved not this pile of sh i te!

I agree with you wholeheartedly! But I thought I'd give it some time... I think time has run out. The sleep info, which is important to me, is all but useless. I will probably keep my Inspire HR until it dies, but do I need to keep a premium subscription? I'll start looking for a better product, because this one is becoming close to worthless to me.

How can you take away features on an App?! That's just backwards. I only use my Fitbit for sleep monitoring and now that's pretty much worthless.
FITBIT - what were you thinking?!!
Why downgrade your app?
I am now actively looking to move to an alternative health tracking device.
Tragic that your app changes are losing you customers. And the graphics are so much worse. Not user friendly AT ALL.
Before I go... is there any consideration or likelihood that you will revert to what was previously pretty good?
My only recommendation for improvement would have been to have the ability to scroll up or down on a score to previous days. Now that would be a very useful capability.
