Ace 2 clock on 24hr

Can anyone tell me how to change the clock on the Ace 2 to 12hr? All the faces only show 24hr & for my 6yr old it’s pointless! Thanks

Hi @PoppyMaisie you will need to change the clock face of your child’s ace 2

@PoppyMaisie Whoops sorry I read your message wrong if you go into your child’s account and click 

their avatar on the top left corner, it will then show your current Fitbit devices connected to your account, you will need to click on the Ace 2 (or whatever device your changing the clock face on) then click on clock face icon and your free to choose whatever clock face you want

thanks for replying. All the clock faces that are available are in 24hr format. Quite frustrating really....
