Ace 2 is constantly vibrating

My child’s Ace 2 was working normally then suddenly started vibrating and won’t stop. True to the vibrating the battery runs out really quickly. I’ve tried running it down, resetting it and charging it back up but no joy. 

 Can anyone help please?

@LeighKenno  Strange issue.  I see that you said you tried resetting.  Did you reset using the following steps?

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or the charger.
  2. Then plug the second end of the cable into a tracker.
  3. Now press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds, then release the button.
  4. When the Smiling icon appears on the screen and the tracker vibrates, your tracker restarted.
