Anyone extremely disappointed with Fitbit and Ace 2? My daughter got one for Christmas and we basically just have a pedometer. Connected to an iPad Air. Despite trying resetting the device and other troubleshooting recommendations we still have a device that will not sync to any of the clock face options, will not provide the bedtime notification or connect alarms to the device. It will show on the iPad that it has synced an alarm it will not update the time on the device or actually vibrate. Go back and check the app and it has reverted back to previous alarm time that also didn’t go off ever. It is hard to see my daughter disappointed for missing basic things like a clock and for my family member that wasted their money.
