I'm very disappointed with this purchase. Bought for our son's birthday to help encourage movement and exercise and it won't even turn on. We have charged it, using both outlet and laptop, and nothing. Tried to reset as suggested on here and nothing! Taking this back to the store. As I've read many others with this issue, Fitbit needs to pull this product and get this resolved!
