Ace 2 not charging

My daughter was given a Fitbit ace 2 for Christmas as she is staying at her dads for a few days I wanted to charge it. The charger is connecting but it is not charging the watch I’ve tried different plugs and on my laptop. Can you please advise.

Hello,

I have tried to restart the Fitbit but it nothing happens when I hold down the button.

I currently work and I’m unable to call between 9-6 can you please advise next steps.

I understand the item comes with a 2 year warranty but as it was a gift I don’t have proof of purchase.

@Z03k  the fastest way is to talk with support about it. The person who gifted it should have a receipt or at least a credit card statement showing the purchase.
