Hi,
My son was wearing his Fitbit when the screen went blank. It is syncing but when I tried to change the clock face it said update cannot be installed.

If the issue still persists, try to change the clock face. Please force quit the app, make sure the Fitbit app is up to date, restart the phone and reopen the app before that:
