My child ace 2 wont scroll up or down I have tried restarting, tried changing clock face but still nothing anything else I could try.

@Demora17, I'm sorry to for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and help you with your son's Fitbit Ace since the display won't scroll.
I'd like you restart your son's Fitbit Ace as described in this help article. After this, monitor the Fitbit Ace and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi, my son is also irritated and now a bit demotivated that his scroll function is not working. We tried to restart the Fitbit like you recommended but the screen is still frozen. Please can you assist?

This is happening to my son's fitbit Ace 2 as well. Wont restart, does charge, but nothing scrolls or does anything else. Whenever I try to restart it buzzes, then when I finally let the button go the clock screen pops back up and again won't let anything else happen. Please help!

This issue is occurring on my daughters fitbit that is two weeks old.. Has a solution been posted?? If not then I am going to return to the store.

My daughters Ace 2 is less than 2 months old and having the same issues. Will charge but won’t scroll, and won’t track steps. Super disappointing!

Same. Barely a few weeks old and frozen even after soft reset. won't scroll.

Returned first Ace 2 to Amazon as the screen wouldn't scroll despite following the reset instructions and am now trying to set up the replacement. Guess what? ... The screen won't scroll. AAAAARRRGHH!
