Hi, my daughter has an Ace 2; the screen has stopped waking automatically when she turns her wrist to see the time. I can't see any options to alter this. Any tips please? 🤞

Hi @Suzixxx have you tried restarting the device a few times? If that doesn't help, then you'll need customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. If you're not in the USA or if you prefer an online chat or email, then click for contact options

@Suzixxx it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen wake issue that your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2 is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @Odyssey13.
If you found her post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.
Looking forward to your response! 😀

Hold down the main button on the left side. This should bring up the screen wake setting. Tap it to turn it back on. My daughter accidentally turned hers off without realizing it.

Thanks! We also realised that when you have the ‘sleep’ function on in that menu, it means you cannot toggle on off the ‘screen wake’ option. Worth noting if you think there is an issue with that option.
