Ace 3 acting erratically

My son has his Ace 3 under 12 months and it has suddenly started acting up. It's flashing between screens by itself as if the screen is being touched. It also keeps starting the stop watch by itself and setting alarms. I reset the fitbit but that hasn't helped. The screen is not scratched or damaged in any way
