Ace 3 not getting text or call notifications
My Fitbit ace 3 is not getting any text or call notifications! They are turned on in the Bluetooth settings and in the app. Do not disturb is turned off and it is in Bluetooth range of my iPod touch!

Ace 3 dim screen
Screen is too dim. Checked that Do Not Disturb, Sleep mode and Dim mode is off. Also tried the 5-second soft reset and changing the clock faces, but it is still too dim in comparison to another Ace 3 watch we have.
