My sons Ace 3 will not turn on, I have searched the previous posts and tried all the options, it won’t do anything when on the charger and pushing the side buttons for up to 20 seconds, there is no update available and I have tried to change the watch face to see if that works. The screen is unresponsive. It appears to be syncing to my phone but the battery is draining very quickly according to my app so not sure if that is correct.
It isn’t even 12 months old and he loves it
