Ace 3 will not sync

I have read the other posts.  I have turned bluetooth on and off.  I have cleared the cache.  I have turned both my phone and my daughter's watch off.  I have deleted my fitbit app and reinstalled it.  I am able to connect her watch to my phone.  We even changed the watch face.  But, when it says it is syncing, it just spins and never finishes.

Any other suggestions?

Good evening, yes, I have done all of those steps.  And, I know the watch connects to my phone because we were able to change my daughters watch face.
