My spouse and I got our kid a Fitbit Ace 3, and we were able to get it to sync and set up with my spouse's app. He's family manager in Google Link but I am also in the family as parent. I have a Fitbit device. He does not but we made an account to get the Ace 3 set up since he was family manager. But even with the Ace 3 and Family Link set up, I cannot see the child's device or manage it when I go into my Fitbit app. How do we get a child account to show up for both parents?

Best AnswerOk - but this still doesn't work! I'm already a parent in the Google family group and was before the child's Fitbit was added. It doesn't show up on my account at all.

Thanks for getting back to us and for the clarification @Taaliba.
Are you already your child's guardian? If you sign in with your Fitbit login, guardians can manage child accounts, see daily stats for children in the family account (under kid view), and invite other family members to join the account. Each family account may have multiple guardians.
The main guardian is the creator of the Fitbit family and can add or delete other guardians. If the main guardian deletes their Fitbit account or family account, all child accounts are also deleted.
Best AnswerYes, I'm already a parent. And I'm signing into Fitbit with my Google account, but my child doesn't show up.
