This was just asked a few weeks ago but comments were locked so I can't ask how they resolved it.
Just got a new Ace 3 for little brother since he's in Little League and we're gamifying active time. The old Ace 3 from 2023 is plenty bright but the new one is impossible to see outdoors. Made new kids account for it, firmware up to date. Tried a few watch faces, soft reboot, factory reset, disconnected and reconnected. "Dim screen" only makes it worse. Is there a hidden setting I can't find or is this one a lemon?

Welcome to the forums @DrMario86.
Thank you for taking the time to share those details with me regarding this issue with Ace 3. Thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you already done.
One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet: could you please confirm in the device that both 'Sleep Mode' is disabled, as the latter will automatically reduce your screen brightness.
Best AnswerThis should be the last of the settings. Here's hoping it's not a lemon. Our Inspire and other Ace have been fabulous.
