Ace 3 ‘animated’ clock face not changing

Can anyone help please; my daughter’s Ace 3 clock face doesn’t change throughout the day despite her being very active & meeting set goals. She’s desperate for it to move 🙂 - the current Minion clock has ‘slept’ all day. I’ve tried re-booting/ uninstalling.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 3. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

If you haven't done so, please change your Fitbit device's clock face:

 

  1. From the Today tab EdsonFitbit_1-1642984911171.png in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Ace 3 tile.
  2. Tap Gallery > Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  4. Tap Install to add the clock face to Ace 3.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1642984306382.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hi there! I have tried everything listed about plus a reboot, plus charging it. Nothing works! We have the same issue with the minion clockface, the minion just sleeps allll day despite my very active, early rising son, doing all sorts of steps and bike rides, etc. It's really frustrating. Is there a fix for this yet?

We finally figured it out by resetting the sleep interval on the device, we had accidentally set it from 8am - 9pm, when it should have been 9pm-8am. Hope this helps someone!
