Ace 3 not working properly

Hi, my child's Fitbit Ace 3 is not working correctly. You cannot see anything on the screen, and it does not vibrate when it is not connected to the charger. In charge, it vibrates, but the screen remains unclear. When I restarted it, the smile face did not appear, it showed some white lines.

This is not how the device should be acting.  Is it possible to exchange it?

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry with us regarding the Ace 3.

As you indicated in your post that the device does not vibrate when it is not connected to the charger, I suppose that it has to do with the battery.
